After a minute, it was removed so just went and re-added it and BOOM. One other thing I would check for is corrupted OST files. Turn off cache mode, delete or rename the OST file, and then turn cache mode back on.

Furthermore, when calendar invites are accepted using the Outlook client, they disappear from All Mail and go into the Trash folder, but when using WebMail, they remain in the Inbox. I have seen this disparity for years across different Outlook client versions and Windows versions. I also posted on how to fix Outlook not opening today the Gmail subreddit about a year ago.

I have several email accounts / IMAP set-up. So looking at my tree of Microsoft Outlook Email Repair Tool Online email accounts one inbox might have 10 mail total and 3 unread form earlier. It's not until I click on that folder I will then see the 10 and 3 and two second later it will sync and new ones will populate. The issue is; just looking at my email accounts and the numbers shown next to the folders I cant tell if there is new mail or not until I click on them.
Chosen solution
I have all desktop alerts turned off I prefer it this way I don't need all of that. I just want to be able to look and see new message. Even if I have an account with zero message I need to click to see the new ones there are no numbers appear. I am also running QuickFolders and its the same nothing shows up on those tabs until i physically click on them. Ok so my mistake the Properties option is there when right clicking folder - I was only focused on right clicking on the email address to take me to server setting I was not clicking on the actual folder. I right click a folder and Properties and it take me to attached windows.
My accounts in Mail app stopped to sync post update
I am using TB for just three weeks now and I have issues daily Outlook OST vs PST repair when sending mail with no attachments the outgoing mail server will time out. Since the sync issue is universal it appears to be a global issue. Perhaps something in TB needs to be tweaked. I have no firewall monitors running during the day that would interfere just the vpn. With that said - the "delayed syncing" issue that I am experiencing is happening on Inbox as well as Junk folders.

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
- The problem can be caused by either improper settings or a damaged send/receive group within Outlook.
- Microsoft, gmail and other popular accounts should sync automatically, but if they don't, I'm inclined to think it's due to the VPN or a security/antivirus app that is scanning the TB profile folder.
- I checked on web mail here it is.one account is configured on two computers, one is configured with POP & second is IMAP.
- If you can go to another folder then right back to Inbox and suddenly see 100 new messages, they were there all along, they didn’t just magically appear in that second it took to switch back and forth.
- Everything works great for the most part, except with our IMAP users.
I deleted the Apple Mail app from the phone, reinstalled from the App Store. It's just a little bit technical, but we have an IMAP proxy that chooses from some different backend IMAP servers. If the user account ends up on an old IMAP server implementation (in that case f.i. a Cyrus imapd 2.4.17), IMAP Client of iOS 18 Mail app doesn't work.
That’s why, here I am to help you in this situation by providing you with solutions. But, before that, let’s understand the cause of the issue. If I am sitting on my inbox and do a send/receive, no new mail will populate. The send and receive does not error, it looks to complete successfully. Doing a send and receive does not update the mail, and I have played with all kinds of settings in the send and receive groups but nothing seems to work.
Outlook not syncing IMAP emails
These methods help you in the synchronization process. If this does not work, you can contact your email provider. After that, it is also important to secure your IMAP folder to prevent this issue from happening in the future. So, properly follow the above steps and backup your data from IMAP folders. I am aware of the difference between Gmail's labels vs. Outlook's folders, but I would expect that Gmail does what is necessary to make the folders appear correct over the IMAP connection to Outlook. For example, if I drag a message from Outlook's All Mail folder to Trash, I see that message disappear from the Inbox folder after a short delay.
